I consider myself a hybrid UX/UI designer and developer with a keen awareness of the conflicts that will arise between the need to innovate and the need to ensure a solution that is highly usable. From a design angle, I insure the interface is user-friendly and appropriate to the business’ needs, simultaneously utilizing my development side to ensure that it is both functional and error-free. As a design lead, I’ve worked in cross-functional multidisciplinary teams for the past 10+ years.
